Colombia 80% - Cocoa mass

Made from Colombian Fino de Aroma cocoa beans for a fruity and floral flavour with notes of hazelnut malt, production is carried out by the family business Casa Luker directly in Colombia. Only 8% of the world's cocoa bean harvest is honoured with the prestigious Cacao Fino de Aroma label, and these are the only beans Casa Luker will use.
