Artisanal production
Founded in Brussels in 1986 under the name Chocolaterie Duval, our company became Concept Chocolate in 2011, before adopting its new identity in 2026: Maison Pliester – Chocolatier.
Three names, one story, and artisanal expertise passed down for nearly 40 years. In our workshop in Schaerbeek, our artisans imagine and handcraft high-quality Belgian chocolates.
Our collection offers creations for every desire: refined pralines, chocolate treats, bars made from cocoas of various origins, and delicious artisanal ice creams.
