Artisanal production
Founded in Brussels in 1986 under the name Chocolaterie Duval, our house became Concept Chocolate in 2011, before adopting its new identity in 2026: Maison Pliester – Chocolatier.
Three names, one same story, and artisanal know-how passed down for nearly 40 years. In our Schaerbeek workshop, our artisans imagine and handcraft high-quality Belgian chocolates.
Our collection offers creations for every taste: refined pralines, chocolate treats, bars made from cocoas of different origins, and delicious artisanal ice creams.
